Jaap Scholten (The Netherlands) lives in sunny and monumental Toledo (Spain). With a healthy addiction to travelling, nature, adventure, good food and Russian monasteries, Jaap started in the nineties as a travel guide and writer. He wrote several guides in the Dutch Odyssee series about Spain, Portugal and Italy, and had over thirty publications in travel magazines.
